 In 2003 there were 95 complaints filed with The Renal Network.  The numbers below include the number of times the concern was mentioned as either a primary or secondary concern. Therefore, the number of concerns may be more than the number of complaints. The percentage is based on the total number of complaints and gives the percentage of the time that a specific concern was mentioned in all of the complaints.

 There were 7 grievances filed in 2003. There were an additional 8 cases that were carried over from 2002 and resolved in 2003. There were no cases opened at year’s end.
