Community Partnering

Program Ojectives:

By attending this learning session, attendees will be able to do the following:

  • Describe techniques used to improve communication and working relationships with ESRD patient care stake holders
  • Identify steps in the process of partnering with stake holders outside of the dialysis facility

Catheter Reduction
