About CROWNWeb
CROWNWeb Update:
The Network has received official notification that a phased implementation will be used to transition into CROWNWeb.
Phase 1 testing involves a small select group of providers from Networks 3, 8, 12 and 16.
The Network will continue to share information regarding CROWNWeb as it becomes available from CMS.
The new CMS Conditions for Coverage (CfC) mandate that dialysis providers submit data (forms and patient events) by a CMS-supported Web-based application, called CROWNWeb. Visit their Web site at ProjectCROWNWeb.org.
Download CMS memorandum to facilities for more details. [PDF, 4pages, 52KB]
Also available for download CROWNWeb brochure. [PDF, 2.18MB]
