The colors reflect a scale of progressive benchmarks determined by the Network Medical Review Board to assess progress in meeting the Network catheter reduction goals.

40.0% and greater equals purple
30.0% - 39.9% equals blue
20.0% - 29.9% equals orange
10.0% - 19.9% equals yellow
Less than 10% equals green
