Grievance Trends

Staff also works directly with patients and facility staff to resolve complaints and grievances regarding the quality of care received in dialysis and transplant facilities. Individual consultation services are provided as needed. For example, assistance can be provided for writing behavioral contracts, developing plans to decrease noncompliance, improving patient/staff relationships, and dealing with conflicts.
